company, employer so as to meet the legal formalities in the
respective countries.

Demand Letter,
duly attested by Chamber of Commerce & industry,
stating the number of candidates required, their categories,
salary, job description, educational levels, work experience,
type of facilities provided or any other information
the company deems is necessary to facilitate recruitment
of required personnel.
Power
of Attorney, to be attested by Dubai Chamber of Commerce
& Industry
Service Agreement, to be attested by Dubai Chamber
of Commerce & Industry
Employment contract
Demand Letter, duly attested
by chamber of Commerce & Industry, stating the number

A letter to Royal Nepalese Embassy, Abu Dhabi, from
the employer for Nepalese manpower
Undertaking letter stating that the employee will
not be exported to other countries other than the
UAE.
A copy of translated trade license.
A copy of translated chamber of commerce membership
certificate
